It's reall...Forget about the car in Old Quebec. It's really tricky, parking is expensive and difficult whether on the street using automated self serve meters to pay or in one of the few parking lots - that are costly. I doubt you can park on the street with b and b but you should check directly. Some streets are closed off and only for pedestrians and then there's the added problem of one way street and all kinds of little hills and curving cobblestone roads in Old Quebec.
