Mexican Pinwheels 2

Mexican Pinwheels2 005 I made a batch of Mexican Pinwheels for the Friday Night Happy Hour last night.  They were good but of course I realized I forgot to add the shredded Cheddar Cheese AFTER I had already cut them into small pieces!   :(  Oh well.  They tasted good but not as good as they should have.  Don’t forget the Cheddar Cheese!

    My aunt makes these for family gatherings. They never last long at all ~ so good!

    Sounds like a mistake I would make... I get so side-tracked sometimes. They still look delish though!

    Those look delicious!! And so much prettier than mine. My tortillas always fall apart. Maybe I need more sour cream or melted cheese or something! ;-D
