I had not tried any of the Santori brand cheeses yet. I would like to try them. I am a bit removed from the big city and live in wine and cheese country. We have a great speciality store on the wine tour route that only sells cheeses. I will try some.
I will have to look for it at the cheese shop I go to. Its good to broaden your horizons. I usually buy the cheeses that I'm use to.
