It’s a truckle. A Cheddar Cheese Truckle. I love that word….truckle! It’s fun for me to come across a new word. And if that new word has anything to do with cheese…well, so much the better. It means “wheel” of cheese although sometimes a truckle can be barrel shaped. I picked up this cute little truckle of Cheddar Cheese on my most recent trip to Trader Joe’s in Chapel Hill. It cost me $4.99. I have no idea how good it tastes but I am very confident that I will LOVE it because so far nothing I’ve tried at Trader Joe’s has disappointed me yet.
Besides, the package is just too cute. I don’t want to spoil it by unwrapping it. It could be a while before I get back to you on this one.
I need some more time to admire how cute it is and to say the word “truckle” several more times.
