Salad with Strawberries, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Jarlsburg Cheese

Salad with Strawberries, Spinach and Jarlsburg 007

This was delicious so of course I had to share it here.    I made a quick salad with half a head of lettuce, a couple of handfuls of spinach, sliced strawberries, mushrooms, and Jarlsburg cheese.  Then I dressed it with this salad dressing.  So good!

Sweet~ Sour Salad Dressing

1/4 cup Canola Oil

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp. salt

Dash of pepper

Dash of red pepper sauce.

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar.

Mmmm . . . that's just what I'm having tomorrow night for dinner! I have a bag of baby spinach that I have to use before it goes. I have everything the Jarlsburg. That'll just take a quick stop at the market. Thanks for the great idea!

Um, can't help it. I still prefer my SUV but have no kids and don't struggle with getting things in and out of it and mine is also paid for. And who said I hated you? LOL That's a word I don't use.
