It’s a truckle. A Cheddar Cheese Truckle. I love that word….truckle! It’s fun for me to come across a new word. And if that new word has anything to do with cheese…well, so much the better. It means “wheel” of cheese although sometimes a truckle can be barrel shaped. I picked up this cute little truckle of Cheddar Cheese on my most recent trip to Trader Joe’s in Chapel Hill. It cost me $4.99. I have no idea how good it tastes but I am very confident that I will LOVE it because so far nothing I’ve tried at Trader Joe’s has disappointed me yet.
Besides, the package is just too cute. I don’t want to spoil it by unwrapping it. It could be a while before I get back to you on this one.
I need some more time to admire how cute it is and to say the word “truckle” several more times.

I've always loved Trader Joe's. Had one close to us when we lived in CA but not one here in Kansas City....although word on the street is we will be getting one soon!
Let us know how the truckle tastes (if you ever open it).
