When I think about the events of that day…really think about them, it hurts my heart.
I wanted to link to a post a wrote a few years ago about the incredibly moving Pentagon Memorial in Washington DC.
I don’t think this memorial gets much “press” and it should.
Never forget.

I wish to come back to Washington D.C. one day to visit this Memorial and to pray for all those who that terrible day lost their lives!! Hugs my dear, Flavia
Very moving, and so dreadfully sad.
I don't think this memorial gets a lot of press either, but it's nice that it's a quiet place for reflection rather than over-run with people as so many memorials are. Thanks for this lovely photo of it. :-)
