This is a quickie post. These are so delicious. I picked them up at The Fresh Market this afternoon. They are sold in their bulk snack food area. I am sure someone else somewhere is selling these fantastic little crackers. If you see them give them a try. They have a slightly sour lemon taste, a bit of heat from the chili and little bit of salt. I think the cracker itself is part corn meal. So different and so tastee! Perfect with a glass of wine. And speaking of wine…I have a question for all of you wine drinkers out there. I have always preferred to drink red wine over white. Now with my new ceramic/clear braces, I am trying not to stain them and think I might have to make the switch. Do you have any white wines to recommend???

I'm in the Phx, AZ area and would love to try these. Is there a package I can look at so I know what to look for?
Sorry Nank, they were in a bulk bin and I just scooped out how much I wanted. Hope you get lucky and find them...they are good!
Don't know a thing about wine. But the crackers look delicious!

I used to be a cracker addict, I better just take your word for it.
I do love me my glass of wine in the evening though. I'm partial to Chardonnay in the summer months, but for something a little more sweet, I like a Reisling.
I had to have the little rubber bands changed often when I had my braces. Coffee and tea and blueberries do a real number on them.
I love lemon and chili. I hadn't thought to try them together, especially in chip form. I'm going to scout them out! Thanks! ^.^
Can't help ya in the wine department but I could help you eat the crackers:)
I love your saying by the way:)
Thanks so much for your kind comments on my blog. I have been on your for a bit and wow, you have lots going on and all over the place like you say, but wonderfully intteresting and fun.

Love the combination of lemon and chili- these sound delicious.
I've never been able to drink red wine, only whites. My usual is White Zinfandel which is more pink but I don't think would stain. I prefer sweeter whites to the dry chardonnay. One I've gone back to lately is a German wine I used to drink in England, Liebfraumilch.
I don't know squat about wine. I was just coming by to see what you're up to.

The lemon chili rounds sound fabulous....as for wine, I like most but sweet ones, unless they're with dessert. I prefer my chardonnays rich and buttery, oak aged. I also like sauvignon blancs. Living in the San Francisco area, there is a wealth of wines from which to choose, even lower priced ones - from merchants like K & L wines and Beverages and More. K & L has a wonderful website with wine descriptions.
I just wanted to stop by and say hi.
I can never remember the names of wines, but I am sure there are people who can.
Your blog looks wonderful,
Laura
The basic lemon chili crackers are made from rice.
