The Tinker Bell Key

Tinker Bell Key 007

Everyone should have one!  She is a little beat up but that is only because she is a couple of years old now and I have to say she is doing her job.

Tinker Bell Key 003

My daughter gets credit for this one.  A couple of years ago, she and a friend went out to get matching house keys made because that is the sort of thing girls in high school like to do.   After complaining one too many times and fumbling over my keys trying to find my house key to unlock the door as I am doing a “pee pee” dance on the front porch trying to get into the house after a long day of shopping and drinking one too many iced teas and dying to use the bathroom but I can’t get in the house because I keep trying the wrong key and the door won’t open…(big sigh), my daughter said “Mom!  Just get a Tinker Bell key made and you will always know which one is the house key!”

Tinker Bell Key 006

So I did.  Problem solved.  And no more “pee pee dances” on the front porch.  :)

There is still time to enter my giveaway!  Click on the icon on my side bar for more details and it will take you to the post so that you can enter.

Good Luck!

Now, that's a great idea! I have never heard of the Tinker Bell key.

Too cute! I don't even have a house key on my key chain. I'm always coming through the garage. I may have to get one just for the "cuteness" of it! Bet you get a few comments on it when you're out.

Thanks for sharing!

That's such a great idea! I notice the "panic" button on your key fob ~ I guess that is not for the "pee pee dance". ; )

If my door to the house, from the garage, ever gets locked, I will never get in! I have no idea even WHERE my house key is! This is a great idea--do they make them in car keys? I'm always getting mine and Bob's mixed up.

I absolutely love that idea! How many times have I been struggling and cussing trying to get in the door. :)

That's right....there is nothing "funner" than Tinker Bell! I had mine made at Lowe's and there are different kinds to choose from. (I saw a Micky and an Eyeore and because I'm in NC there are lot's of Nascar keys to pick from too.) I'm not sure about car keys...especially if they are big and bulky like mine is. Hope you can find them.

Too cute! I don't even lock the door! We just come in the garage and use that door. That is a great idea though.

I am with you on the pee pee dance:)
